Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment Processing Time:

  • All orders are meticulously processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that our team does not process orders during weekends or holidays.

Shipping Delivery Estimates:

  • We offer complimentary ground shipping within the United States for your convenience.
  • While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, occasional delivery delays may occur. These delays are beyond our control and can result from shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active and provide real-time updates on your shipment's status.

  • Please contact us to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for replacement, credit, or refund.
